Can't believe August is over!

K-STATE FOOTBALL IS HERE!
We kicked off the season by attending the Purple Power Play on Poyntz on Friday night. It was so nice to attend this with a couple who have a daughter about Kieryn's age. The two girls had a blast! Sorry... no tailgate pictures this week, but we had a great time with Daniel, Lu, and Tim! The Haug family was here too, but only briefly... Grandma, Grandpa, and Uncle Travis all have season tickets!

Tava & Kieryn were adorable as they tried to coordinate giving one another a high five.

Fun at home this week... Kieryn is getting better at knocking over her bowling pins. She prefers to do it with her hands or toys rather than the ball.

Although the pools are closed now, we found ways to have fun with water. She could do this all day if I'd let her!

We finger painted a few different days. I made the "homemade" finger paint from Pintrest... that way if she tried to eat it, I knew she wouldn't get sick. At first she didn't really like it, but by the second time she had fun with it!

She's a big helper... she wanted to help Daddy mow the grass yesterday. She was trying to beat him in putting the "work shoes" on.

Kieryn has been doing well feeding herself with a spoon. She loves her morning yogurt!

We are excited to relax this Labor Day and have some family time! Have a great "short" week!

We enjoyed our Skype time with you. It has been way too long since we saw Kieryn in action. She did well with picking out the correct animals:)
