A Very Merry Christmas!

We had a very relaxing start to the week! In fact, the whole week was pretty low-key! It was a great change of pace.

On Christmas Eve we opened a few gifts before making hot chocolate and popcorn for our annual Christmas light ride! I made each kid a blanket! The kids gave us creative gifts too! It was a great start to celebrating our family Christmas!

We had our Christmas on Christmas Eve morning...

I think Toby likes these the most since they will constantly be on the floor!

We celebrated Christmas Day at the Haug farm! We were spoiled with yummy food, lots of treats, and wonderful gifts! On our way home we stopped by my cousin’s farm and picked up one more special gift! A NEW PUPPY!

Meet Maddie Copp!

While Steven’s on break he likes to work on projects! He is adding some storage to the kids’ play room! Looks so good!!

After just a few short days Maddie is fitting right in! She is sleeping and potty training well!

The kids are LOVING their gift from their Copp grandparents and Uncle Kevin... they got a WII! I have even enjoyed playing it!!

We had a wonderful Christmas blessed with delicious food and treats, tons of fun gifts and lots of love from family and friends! We hope your Christmas was just as amazing!
Until next time!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Last Sunday there was a snow storm that blew threw. It left behind nearly 7 inches of fluffy fun!

We made sure to do an indoor obstacle course...

On Monday we did Christmas activities instead of a letter of the alphabet. It was fun because Kieryn and Ronan had a snow day so they got to do the activities too!

We did a reindeer ring toss...

played in the snow...

collected clean snow to make yummy snow cones...

Did some fine motor sorting...

And then went back out to play in the snow!

On Tuesday we got to decorate a Christmas tree at the Discovery Center...

On Wednesday we worked on balancing and color match!

On Thursday we made salt dough! We made shape ornaments!

On Friday we ventured to the school to see Kieryn at her gingerbread house making party! What fun!

Had some friends over on Saturday...

And then traveled to Seneca on Sunday for the Haug Family Christmas. It was fun to catch up with everyone!

Until next time!

Ooo the fun we will have!

Letter O was fun! We could only do activities until Thursday this week due to having family visiting from Maryland.

On Monday we talked about ocean life and then made an octopus!

On Tuesday we painted O and went on an “o” hunt in the house!

On Wednesday we did some owl matching and made an “o” owl!

We even had time to do an opposite match!

On Thursday we read some good O books! Then we watched a few short videos of ostriches and orangutans!

Sadly the Copp family said good bye to a wonderful man, Pete Copp, who passed away last Sunday. Due to his funeral, Dale, Sandy, and Kevin flew in from Maryland and we got to have some family time together! We even got to celebrate a birthday!!

So special to have that time together!
Until next time...
