Summer time is so great!!

We had a slow start to our week as we had a "down day" at home. We played in the laundry... Which we never do so it was fun for the kids! 

Then we made yummy sugar cookies!

On Tuesday we went to Mr. Steve and then to the Splash Park with the Caywoods.

On Thursday we met up with the Roberts at the library. It was the "end of summer" party so they had games and stations set up for the kids. Lots of fun!!

Janell and I woke up early on Friday to wait in line at the HS at 6:30am to enroll all the kids for school.

Then we packed a picnic and played at CiCo.

That evening we had a BBQ and reconnected with three couples that we'd  hung out with the last time we were living in Manhattan.

On Saturday we had some adult time and went to see Phil Vasar in Aggieville with Janell and Brad. We had so much fun! BIG Thanks to Sandy for watching all six kids... She's Super Grandmom!! 

Janell and I were front row and got to give him a high five!!

Afterward we got Pizza Shuttle... We haven't been out that late in a long LONG time.

Last Monday was our 7 year anniversary! We got to do some shopping and enjoy a few drinks with out the kids! Thanks so much Sandy!!

Our garden is producing lots of yummy things!!

The kids have had fun finding the growing pumpkins.

This has been my biggest single day collection thus far!

One evening we could see the bright full moon through our living room arch window. It was so neat!!

We spent a day at the Discovery Center fountains... Kids loved it!

On Wednesday we spent time getting ready for Kieryn's birthday party...

Here is where we found Ronan one night at 10:30pm after hearing deep breathing from spots on the couch...

Wanted to share some of our back yard beauty...we enjoy this every morning! We love this house!!

On Thursday we checked out the Discovery Center dinosaur exhibit. The kids had a blast!

Thursday night we had Kieryn's birthday party.

We did a lot of monkeying around!

Got a jumbo zuccini on Friday!

The doctor was performing surgery! She loved the monkey ear headbands from her party!
