Happy Birthday Kieryn & Welcome to town Tiana!

It was a cooler week, but super fun none the less! We played tennis on Monday morning. The kids are getting very good at it!

On Monday night Kieryn had a tee-ball game. She was so happy to have Grandmom there watching!

The kids had fun swimming on Tuesday...

Wednesday I worked so Grandmom graciously watched the kids, thanks SO much!!

On Thursday we went to story time at the library.

On Friday we finished prep for Kieryn's 6th birthday party...

Then Saturday was a fun day that started with Kieryn's birthday surprise! She was having a unicorn party... so naturally, she needed unicorn attire to wear!

Kieryn was so excited to have her cousin Tiana at the party! She flew in from Maryland earlier that day!

We made unicorn headbands, decorated unicorn cookies, opened gifts, and played before going to the pool!

We took the party to the pool and the girls had a blast... even though it was a little chilly.

After swimming we had the cousins, Grandmom, Grandma & Grandpa Haug, and Uncle Jeff over for dinner and continued birthday festivities! We did a fire pit and caught lightning bugs! What a fun day!

 

Thank you to all who attended Kieryn's special day and thank you for all her wonderful gifts! She is spoiled to have such wonderful family and friends!

HOT Week!

We had a fun week doing lots of water things! The weather this week was HOT! Monday we spent time at the pool. Tuesday the kids played water guns and had fun pretending at our house...

On Wednesday the kids played at Janell's and did water balloons... Then on Thursday we spent a good part of the day at the pool, nearly 4 1/2 hours!! That evening we went fishing with friends and Kieryn was the only one to catch a fish.

On Friday we drove home to Seneca for a quick visit since Grandma had the day off from work. Then on Saturday I took Micah, Jacob, Kieryn and Ronan to a birthday party at the splash park!

Fun week!!

Happy Birthday Ronan!

It was a really fun week as Kieryn had her first softball game on Monday night! She was so excited! GO BRAVES!

Ronan had some hard moments when it got close to the end...

On Tuesday I took the kids to Linear Trail. The morning was cooler, perfect for a bike ride! We started by throwing some rocks of course...

 

They both did very well! I was surprised that Ronan made it as long or as far as he did. Kieryn could have gone longer... some day I'll take her on a longer ride.

The kids were with Aunt Janell on Wednesday. So we spent a good part of Thursday at the community pool. The kids are really loving the pool time!

 On Friday we woke the kids with what we called their "combined birthday surprise." We drove to Baldwin City to enjoy "Day Out with Thomas"! The kids were so surprised and had such a fun time! We left the house at 7:20am and got home at 4:30pm. What a fun day!

Then on Saturday we celebrated Ronan's 4th birthday with the Caywood cousins and some neighborhood friends. Thank you so much to my parents who were able to come down and help set up for the party!!

The kids decorated some dog bone cookies...

And had lots of fun with the water guns!

 Ronan had a wonderful time! Thank you to all who attended and made his party and his birthday so special!

There was sooooo much sugar on Saturday that we decided to save the cake for Sunday and Monday. So on Sunday we got to blow out candles and sing! Ronan was so excited about his cake!!

Happy Birthday Big Guy!! We love you sooo much!!
