Just Like That - It’s October!

Alexis and Tyson had a great time with letter "B" this week! We tried to have "b" foods whenever we could add them in... biscuit, bread, bacon, bagel, berries, beans, buns, burgers, etc. It was fun to see how creative we could be!

We started the morning with bubbles, biking, and of course a bike bubble bath!

Alexis practiced making "B" with beads... we also made a bracelet, but she didn't want to wear it.

While I put Tyson down for a nap, Alexis practiced cutting and sorting...

fun with beans...

When Tyson woke up we played blocks!

On Tuesday we went on a bear hunt...

Alexis also found her beautiful butterfly costume to wear!

bath puzzle...

We balanced buttons on a spoon and tried to walk to different destinations in the house without dropping them... She loved this!

The favorite activity of the day was playing with bouncy balls... even Tyson loved this one!

On Wednesday we did some bug patterning, "B" stamping, and then went on a bug and bird hunt!

the binoculars really helped us find the sneaky "b" critters!

While on our adventure, we heard some noise from across the street and found that there was a bulldozer working so we took a break from our hunt to watch...

Wednesday is Alexis's dinner night so we prepared bread in a bag. It was very yummy!

We colored and did a puzzle on Thursday...

found something that started with "b"...

then practiced some color matching and counting using birds and bird houses (blue, brown, and black)

We had a great time at Ronan's double header on Thursday evening! He is really improving at flag football each game!

We had an extra cheerleader in our section...

Friday we used our bodies to move and play with lots of different balls...

Luckily the mornings have been cooler and perfect for all the outside fun!

Later we traced and had some blueberries...

We ended the week with balloon fun!

What a fun time with these two!! Until next time!
