Craziness!

We began "C" week with some crunching, confetti making, and confetti catching fun!

Then we used the confetti to make a sun catching cross. We practiced cutting and then talked about how Christ died on the cross for us.

We played the clarinet a few different times. Kieryn could actually get some sound out of it! She was proud of herself.

Ronan tried too...

We counted cars... and Ronan helped round up the cars too.

On Wednesday we used circle tubes to paint a cross picture...

Then later that day Kieryn practiced tracing her name on top... the pic said Jesus loves "Kieryn". Ronan of course made one too!

And it wouldn't be "c" week without some chocolate chip cookies!

We played a carrot counting game... I said a number 1-10 and she put that many carrots in the bowl. Simple, but she enjoyed it!

On Thursday we practiced tracing our last name...

Then we glued candy corn to make the letters...

Later that afternoon we did a numbered cup matching game....

Then we lined them up numerically...

Then we filled them with candy corn... she filled the cup with the number on the outside of the cup... and she did great, 1-10!

And then we did a cup & candy corn follow/memory game...

Ronan had fun too!

That night we shared a candy bar for dessert... Kieryn's new favorite thank you to Grandpa and Grandma Haug!

On Friday we did a "c" sound hunt and Kieryn found 5 items all by herself! I was beaming with pride. She lined them up and told me what she found!

That afternoon we visited Cocoa Castle Park and Kieryn found the Cs right away!

And that afternoon while the kids napped I made some pillows... thanks Sandy for the extra material!

Over the weekend Ronan showed us his stacking skills... he got all this from the lazy susan and began building all by himself.. couldn't resist taking a pic.

And of course, we visited Hershey Park on Saturday! This was the last week for the park and rides to be open! We had so much fun!

We ended our week with a trip to the corn maze on Sunday. The kids loved it! In fact, Kieryn cried very hard when it was time for us to go! They got to do a hay ride, games, the corn maze, and then pick out a pumpkin. We even bought fresh potatoes and corn on the cob for supper. We'll have to go back again for Kieryn!

Until next week...
