Fun 4th Weekend!

So I asked Kieryn to go up and tell Ronan hi after he'd woken up... She decided that he needed some toys... and then she wanted to show him how to play with them...Good times!

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend that began on the 3rd with Tiana and Kevin coming with us to Hershey Park. Kieryn and Tiana got along like sisters AGAIN! I love it!

Then Grandpop and Grandmom joined us for the 4th and they gave the kids their birthday gift...

We have played with it every day since! The kids love it! Thanks so much!!

My latest craft project! I am super excited at how it turned out. It was a process, but it was well worth it!

Can't wait to add Kieryn's 3yr. growth measurement on Wednesday!

We left last Saturday for the beach! It was about a 4 1/2 hour drive to Bethany/Rehoboth Beaches, but it was well worth it! We had so much fun with the Copp family and to top it off, we had beautiful weather for a week at the beach! The kids were both ready and waiting to go by Saturday morning!

These two girls got along GREAT! You'd never have known that Tiana was 7 yr old and Kieryn nearly 3 yrs... they played and got along like sisters! SOOO CUTE!

We had an ice cream night! YUM YUM!!

We even celebrated all the kids' birthdays one night since they're all spring/summer. They had so much fun!

All the kids loved the sand. Even Ronan enjoyed digging...only got in his mouth one or two times...

There was some very serious holes/forts dug on the beach with this group...

And a little sleeping too...

We ate at a train restaurant! The kids loved it because you actually ate in the box cars!

The beach had a bonfire night...we kept the kids up late and they loved it!

We even found time to get cleaned up from the sand and salt water to take a GREAT family picture! Can you believe we all survived a week under the same roof?!? What a blast and what great memories!

We are so blessed to have such wonderful family (both Copp & Haug) - DOUBLE BLESSED!!

Ready for the beach!

We had a fun week this week as we prepared for the beach trip! Kieryn and I got our haircut early in the week and the boys got their haircut at the end! We are ready for family pics now!

It was a fun and busy week... With it being lighter later we have been doing more in the evenings so the kids are wiped out by nap time... we went to Steven's softball games and Hershey splash park this week!

Ronan is working on his "train" skills so he can soon play with big sister!

Kieryn's blanket tore while in Kansas... this is what it looked like and I was devastated because I couldn't find a replacement anywhere! Luckily we now have TWO backups... one from my good friend Ashley and one from a PA friend Shannon. YOU TWO SAVED MY LIFE!! THANKS AGAIN! I went ahead and sewed her old one and put it away for memories! Here's my finished product... not bad!

Kansas Fun!

The kids and I spent all last week in Kansas visiting family and friends! They were so excited to visit and see everyone!

We had so much fun at the farm. Although it rained a lot, we still managed to get out doors for some fun and some sun!

The baby kittens were Kieryn's favorite part!

We even spent one day in Manhattan! We went to Kieryn's old sing-along with Mr. Steve...

We had lunch at the park and enjoyed the splash park...

and we visited the new stadium! GREAT DAY!!

We celebrated both kids' birthdays while in KS... it was Ronan's first whole cupcake... and he ate the WHOLE thing!

One of the three words that Ronan has mastered is "tractor", after mama and dada... I think it's because he had so much fun sitting in and driving one with Grandpa Haug!
