We ended last week with an afternoon 4H outdoor adventure! A professor from K-State lead us on a fun fossil hunt! The kids had a blast!!
Then on Monday night Kieryn got all dressed up with a friend for her first school Gala! It was only for students who maintained good grades all year long. The teachers served them a fancy dinner and they got to have a dance!
On Tuesday night we got to travel to Oliver Brown! It was time to listen to the 4th grade music production! They got to use guitars and other instruments! They were so fun to watch!
Ronan has begun baseball so we had some evenings of practice sprinkled in… then on Friday there was no school! We enjoyed a lazy morning but very busy evening! Ronan had a friend’s birthday party and practice; while Kieryn enjoyed a girls night of pizza,a theater show at the MAC, and a sleepover!
Then on Saturday we ventured to downtown MHK for the science festival! Alexis is in charge of her classroom pet, Ollie the Owl. She gets to take him on any weekend adventures, so he joined us!
We finished our Saturday with a KSU baseball game with some friends! It was windy, but the kids had a blast!
