Crazy C Week!!

Great start to the week! Triplet day!

Monday was grandparents lunch! The kids always love showing their classrooms!

We did letter C this week! We began our learning with some C items and practice saying words...

Each day we try to read 2-3 books that follow the day’s theme. If they don’t, I choose books with the letter on the front so we can find it and trace it before we begin reading.

We did a cupcake shape match...

We played my clarinet...

Then we painted...

For dinner we investigated cold cauliflower...

Then enjoyed dessert at Chicfila!

On Tuesday we focused on caterpillars!

We did a color match gear puzzle...

We did a Circle name match and practiced cutting...

Then we played with our cool caterpillar, and made it go under a chair!

Had a snack...

With one more color match activity.

We even got to investigate the real thing!

We had mini cupcakes for dessert.

On Wednesday we talked about cats and practiced big-medium-small...

We played catch with the smallest cat...

And used crayons to practice tracing.

We had lots of fun cup stacking!

On Thursday we played lots of cars and cranes!

I finished my project just in time for the day!

Fun with cars before school!

We had fun on the roads and buildings practicing in-out-on top-through-up-down.

Then we did some chasing with Toby!

Then Toby was tired enough that we combed him!

Thursday night we had softball and soccer!

Alexis had fun running into her cousins!

Ronan scored the first goal of the game!

On Friday we had fun with coins and chocolate chip cookies!

Coin play!

We did more practice with pronunciation using pictures of things we did throughout the week.

Friday after school Kieryn got her ears pierced! She didn’t even flinch!!

It was Jr. Wilcat Day at the women’s soccer game on Sunday! AND national Batman day so KSU gave out bat masks! Free face painting and snacks, can’t beat that!

Until next time!
