Much to be Grateful For

We began "M" week by making some muffins!

Then we colored some M things. When Kieryn began coloring the milk, she went and got her cup!

The next day we did some fun activities with marshmallows. She is very good at finding the letter M. She even points it out on signs when she sees it - like at Walmart.

After making our mouth, we practiced the correct way to brush our teeth!

I think Kieryn ate more marshmallows than she played with, but she had fun. She even made her own spider!

The next day we did playdough M...

and played with money. Ronan was having fun just playing with his toes.

In the last week or so, Kieryn has begun giving toys to Ronan to include him in on the activities (super cute). Unfortunately he's not ready to play with her yet... but she still trys. Of course, this was one activity that I had a close eye on...didn't want Ronan eating any coins!

We attended the Hershey parade with some new friends. Kieryn dressed as Willie and was very excited to scare her friends. I was happy that she wanted to wear it because it was really cold that night!

We barely got in the door and she was breaking into her candy! She got a blue lollipop on the ride home.. notice her blue mouth!

On one of the days we talked about monkeys, mandarin oranges and mangos.

She had to bring Nano to story time.

We attended the MOMS Halloween party. We made hand print ghosts and enjoyed playtime with friends. Kieryn went as a Barbie Princess.

Ronan was superman!

Then we had a blast with mohawks and making music!

We sang into a microphone...

and boy was our music AMAZING (amazingly LOUD)!

We did some marching with our music...

and Ronan joined in too!

Kieryn got to visit her first corn maze and hayride this week!

She got to pick her own pumpkin from the pumpkin patch too!

Later the two kids got to paint pumpkins. Well, Ronan just got to touch and feel his, but he had fun too!

The kids and I are heading to Kansas today to visit family. Unfortunately their Great Grandma Bergman passed away earlier this week. We are excited to see family, but sad at the circumstance. Looking forward to fun in Kansas. Until next time...

  1. We enjoyed having Steven visit for a quick weekend. So glad the three of you are able to be with family during this time. Dale and Sandy
