Fall Fun!

The big kids got a few days off school last week so they loved and snuggled their cousin Elsie- she does smile and laugh, promise! 

Kieryn had her first choir concert on Wednesday and got to sing a solo part that she tried out for!

She did a great job!!

We also got to celebrate Steven this week! He turned 41!! Cake, ice cream, golf, steak, and shrimp, AND family- all his favorite things!!

Ronan’s football team remains undefeated! We had fun watching him on his home turf Saturday morning!

Kieryn had her last volleyball game with Wamego Rec on Saturday afternoon. She will begin Mayhem club volleyball in November!

We had fun on Sunday at the Fire department open house!

Welcome October!

It’s hard to believe, but welcome Fall and welcome October! We have had a busy start to the month! 

I got to travel to Chicago and attend my first in-person fitness conference in 4 years! It was so much fun!!

Kieryn made the middle school cheer squad last week AND was selected as student of the month!

It was national 4-H week so the kids wore their shirts with pride one day to school! 

Alexis practiced some cheerleading this week too! 

Tyson cheered about making his golf ball in the hole! 

We had an early morning on Saturday as we left for Council Grove at 6:35am for Ronan’s football game. It was very cold but it was so fun to watch! Ronan played on offense and defense! GO #6!!

Keeping Busy In Sept!

The week went fast again! Alexis, Tyson and I ventured to the Library and city park on Monday (no pictures…) then a normal week of school, babysitting, and big kid sport practices on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday…

On Friday Alexis, Tyson, and I ran some errands. Tyson had to show me what he was bringing for the van ride… this was no surprise as he brings his club and golf ball everywhere. He is now waking up and asking to wear his “golf shirt”, which means a collared shirt. Love this kid!!

On Friday night I helped a few girls learn some cheer basics. They had fun creating their own cheers and learning jumps too! Great time!!



On Saturday Kieryn played two volleyball games at Rock Creek HS. It was sad that Ronan didn’t have a football game, but we were grateful to only have one place to travel.

These two are good friends to Kieryn! They play on her volleyball team. We made plans to attend the KSU vs KU volleyball game on Saturday afternoon. They were tired but we still had a fun time!

The boys tried to do a golf outing but because Tyson refused to nap earlier in the day so he ended up falling asleep on the outing! Ronan and Steven still had a fun time together!

Quick Week!

Someone found my camera and had fun talking pictures of a friend in the window well…

Not a ton of pictures to share but these are my lunch buddies three days a week! Such sweethearts!!



We had a blast at with a friend on Friday… great outdoor adventure!!

Busy and full week but lots of fun was had!

 Kieryn was sick all weekend so she had to miss her first volleyball games. Ronan’s football team won again! 2-0!
