Birthday Week!!

We had fun this week with friends! We visited playgrounds and Hershey Park's water park!

But a lot of the week was party prep... 

Happy Birthday RONAN!!

Friday (the 12th) was Ronan's 2nd birthday and we had LOTS of kids come for a little playdate birthday.

This was one of his motorized trains and it pulled the message around the outside loop of the track. The kids loved it.

Food train...

And lots of water... it was a perfect 93 degree day! Great for a water birthday party!

This is only about 1/2 the actual kids in attendance... this is all we could round up for the photo.

That evening we did the birthday measurement. Ronan is a bit taller than Kieryn was at age 2.

Then we went out to eat for Ronan's special day and came home to some more presents.

Overall, IT WAS AN AWESOME BIRTHDAY--> WHOO-WHOO!

Colder week...

This week we had a bit more rain and a few more cooler days than last week... we found ourselves inside more and doing more errands than I would have liked... We still managed to have fun!

We visited Bass Pro on one of the days...

And went to Hershey Park over the weekend.

Then we enjoyed a nice Sunday lunch and afternoon with Steven's parents!

Sunday afternoon Kieryn enjoyed (well sort of enjoyed - until it got too cold) a pool birthday party! It was 71 degrees, cloudy, and wind of 12 mph... so it got cold QUICKLY. Luckily they had warm showers and other fun things to do!

Things are heating up!

We spent multiple days in our new pool this week and a few afternoons under the sprinkler! It was so nice to picnic on the patio for lunches!

 We visited Patches Creamery this week and fed the goats & donkey. The kids loved it!

We made it to Daddy's softball game... Kieryn got to listen to the rules too.

We even got to play in the giant sandbox at Cocoa Castle park!

But, I think their favorite activity of the week was Chocolate World (which Ronan can clearly pronounce now) and Hershey Park!

Warm days and Rainy days - BUT BOTH ARE FUN!

Last Sunday afternoon we attended our friend Callen's birthday party. The kids had so much fun swimming, playing in the sand/dirt, and water balloons!

We found time to visit the Founders Hall park/campus for a bike ride and picnic with friends.

After an evening rain, we went puddle jumping and ran into some friends who were doing the same...

We had some fun with beans and making a mess!

On Kieryn's last day of school we surprised her with roller skates to kick off the summer! Both kids loved them... we'll need to practice practice!

Ronan and I got to join Kieryn for her school field trip. They got to sit in a small dump truck, skid loader, and plant their own flowers.

Over the weekend we went camping with the Copp family and the kids had so much fun! We plan on more camping trips in the future!

 

We did some bug collecting...

and had fun around the campfire!
